Due to the hurdles COVID-19 posed during the last year we were not able to take part in our planned \u2018main event\u2019, Tough Mudder. But this did not deter us, we pledged to raise at least \u00a35,000 for Macmillan and we weren\u2019t going to let anything stop us, instead, we decided to climb Mount Snowdon. Clearly the odds were not in our favor as when we arrived in Wales to complete our 14k upwards trek, a storm was due to arrive, and so it did! Even still, with torrential rain, gale-force winds and temperatures of below zero we completed the Snowdon climb.<\/p>\n
We are so proud of each and every ACL team member who threw themselves into fundraising this year, with some running marathons, others organising quizzes and Halloween dress-up competitions, we have collectively managed to raise a staggering \u00a38,500 (inc Gift Aid).<\/p>\n
